This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Cairo. The staff ia incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are big, nice and clean. The breakfast was great. I would like to know what the smell around the hotel is because it smells delicious. The bakery downstairs at the lobby is also really good. The view from the pool area is also very good. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel 100%. I would just like to clarify that when it says that the spa is included it means the use of the jacuzzi.

The property is beautiful with a great breakfast dining option. The pool, gym, and all services are very nice but options are overpriced for Egypt standards like the spa and airport transfer. Customer service can be improved where each person seems to be at the counter for 10-15 minutes and we had to remind them a few times about the late checkout which they told us was ok
