"Stayed here for an easy quick walk to the Excel London for a weekend convention. Lovely staff at the front desk when i arrived. I was in one of the rooms in the "annex building" which across the road above shops. They let me check in when i arrived at 1pm bedore the 2pm stated time and the guy walked me across the road to the room. Nice room looks newly decorated with modern bathroom including a rainfall shower. The room was advertised as a single bed but there was a double bed so that was a nice bonus. In the room was an electric fan, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, kettle with cup. spoon, sugar tea and cofee. There was hangers and a shelf above. The shelf was dusty. Wifi included. The smart tv has access to all the streaming serviced bht you need your own logins."

"Was handled by Sarah and she was amazing, made us feel very comfortable. Very professional and welcoming. They had limited parking spaces but we were lucky to find one on site. Room and bathroom was clean, comfortable and not bad for the price. I do think they could do with new bedding and carpets, they do look old. In their emails they state free breakfast subject to availability which i thought was misleading as they had told us we had to pay £7 extra for breakfast. Regardless was not bad "
