Our room was spacious and decorated in a modern style, with a plush, comfortable bed adorned with crisp, freshly laundered sheets that had a clean, welcoming scent. The daily housekeeping staff does an excellent job, consistently going above and beyond with thorough cleaning and friendly service. We booked a package that included a complimentary breakfast each morning, and to our surprise, we also received a $40 dinner credit—about $10 per night—which was a nice bonus. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Gatlinburg's main sights, shops, and outdoor activities, just a few minutes' drive from the Welcome Center. Parking is plentiful, well-lit, and feels secure, giving us peace of mind. The onsite restaurant offers a limited menu focused on sit-down dining; if you’re after a buffet or more extensive options, it might not be the best fit. There’s also a small store that sells souvenirs and travel essentials—very handy for last-minute shopping or picking up essentials for your stay."

"Staff was friendly and greeted as soon as we walked in the door.The room was clean. I booked an accessible room by mistake. I will review this room as a if my disable niece were with me. Plenty of room for wheelchair access. Bathroom plenty big, The shower had all the necessities however it was not a walk in shower. She would have had to step over. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast . It advertises as continental breakfast but there were not much choices to hot dishes. Parking was easy and plenty of it."
