"We absolutely loved our stay here. Definitely a 5* experience. Lovely staff, great decor, unique room (we were in superior double). Good location. Fantastic breakfast - I had a omelette and it was the best out of all places we have stayed on holiday."
"This was a great place to stay for my 10 days in Venice. The location is quiet but still in the ‘thick of things’. A great local bar has opened up close by. Cafes, bistros, a supermarket, shops - all close by. I would have liked a folder that gave me a few hints for the area and good places to go - but otherwise it was fantastic!"
"The hotel is near to the station, very convenient and I love the breakfast, the best breakfast I’ve had in this trip compared with the other 2 hotels I have visited."
"Excellent stay here with my family; the host Valentina was superb and made all the difference with a warm welcome; she also helped with coordinating transportation and great food/shopping recommendations! "
"Really fab location, just off grand canal and within a few streets of a main walkway through the area full of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. The room we had was basic room and bathroom but that’s all we needed we were out all day. Lovely little outdoor area to sit and relax or read a book. Stella was very friendly and helpful. Would book again if ever back in Venice"
"New and updated, still under construction during my stay in August 2025
Very good breakfast and staff are providing excellent service, even in English. Location is perfect. I would recommend it "
