"Convenient and comfortable for a 1-night stay prior to early departure from LHR Terminal 5 the following day. Check-in took far longer than on previous visits.The queue snaked back to the hotel entrance doors and there were only 2 check-in "desks" open. A taxi - which turned out to be a "private transfer" - was arranged for the following morning. It came on time but then took a very circuitous route to Terminal 5. The cost (£15) was probably in line with standard charges but would not have been justified for a more direct route."

"I normally stay close to Heathrow when I have an early morning flight and used to stay at a similarly named Ibis hotel along Bath Road. I will be using this one from now on! There is plenty of parking (which can be paid for using the terminal in the lobby or at the check-in desk if you need to park for 24 hours). The staff are efficient and helpful the room was a decent size and clean. The only issue I had was a few black mold spots on the bathroom ceiling, no doubt caused by the steam from the shower when the bathroom door is closed (which they ask you to close to stop is setting off smoke detectors). The hotel is close to a couple of stops on the 105 and 111 bus from the Heathrow Central Bus Terminal which makes it cost effective to get to if you use the TfL buses. Since I had a lot of bags, I took a taxi to the airport instead of the Hotel Hoppa bus and the price was £30 including the curbside drop off fee."

"Very convenient for Gatwick departures, so close to the security gate. The room was comfortable and clean, bed was good. For an overnight before an early international flight I can recommend."

"It was very convenient to the tube. Property had a lovely court yard to sit in. The shower is small and they don’t have a lift. Wasn’t an issue for us - but might be for others. Had a nice spot in the lobby with real dishes to eat a meal."
