"We spent 16 days at Hotel Ensuenos. The staff at the Hotel was very friendly. It's family operated. They provide breakfast every morning at no additional cost. If you need to eat dinner, you tell them what you want they'll cook it for you at a minimal cost. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. "We stayed in the presidential suite and it was quite a wonderful experience. A crib for our daughter was there upon arrival and they even let us in early. There is a deep tub that gets very hot which we were not expecting so that was a lovely surprise. The room does get a bit hot, I am assuming because of the giant windows that collect sunshine, but otherwise, it is an amazing room."

"Everything was great. Luz (the owner) was great. She cooked and brought us breakfast the first day because we arrived too late to get groceries. My daughter absolutely loved the heated pool. I think that she was in it for 6 or 7 hours the day before we left. We will definitely be back."
