We booked here last minute as the hotel we had booked in San Juan had no water for the foreseeable future. It was a great place to just chill and relax, and is close to lots of useful things in the area. The pool area was quiet and relaxing. Housekeeping not up to par; one day we had to call reception 2-3 times to show up and clean our suite

We ended up here due to last minute changes because of the storms. As it work out, this was very fortuitous. The location was fantastic for the beach, midway between the airport and the old town (port for cruise ships) and in a safe gated community. There was also lot of restaurants, shops and cafes within walking distance. We stayed twice in different rooms, both had balconies and outdoor toilets and showers (en-suite); and we would recommend these rooms. Other rooms have shared...
