"Se explotó la llave de la bañera y se inundó el piso de agua tuve que limpiar el agua casi todo un día porque mantenimiento no llegaba. Los guardias de seguridad no podían hacer nada y la persona encargada del edificio nunca apareció lo cual gasté un día de mis vacaciones. Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach and Golf Resort

"Beautiful and upscale property nestled between the beach and the rainforest. Every time we walked in the hotel, it smelled fantastic and it felt like an elevated experience. He staff were all very helpful and kind. Grounds were immaculate! Saw iguanas, turtles and ducks. Kids loved hopping between the different pools and the two waterslides. The beach sand is not white just FYI, and the surf can be a bit dangerous at certain times for kids especially. I did get in it on our last day and it was fine but there are signs to be aware of riptide currents so it’s not the best beach for small children. We truly had a great time! Did want to note there isn’t any main activity area inside for kids/families such as a game room or movie room. It’s mostly all around the pool. My kids also were wanting to do mini golf, but they didn’t have that. Would be a great addition! There can be quite a wait in the morning for breakfast and coffee at Roots To Go (yummy food!) so if you are in a hurry, just get there early as you can. They did run out of things like donuts and pastries. Food quality was excellent! There is a gift shop with a few snacks, but not much to choose from as it’s mostly souvenir and clothing items. The hotel should consider adding a grab and go convenience type store for those trying to get to the rainforest, Old San Juan, etc early or anyone needing a quick lunch or snack with picky kiddos!"

"Stayed here for 4 nights with my BF. We originally planned to go to Mexico but were unable to. The resort was great, like 30 min from the airport, staff was so incredibly helpful and kind they’ll drive you around on golf carts when you want/ need it. The only two negative things i have to say are that there is not a lot of space on the beach, obviously it is not an issue with the resort. It is just the geography of the island, it is very rocky so most of the guests stay at the resort pool, but the pool is very large and has a swim bar so it is very nice still. The second thing is that if you plan on eating/drinking a lot, I would consider an all-inclusive resort because we spent a lot of money just on food and drinks at the resort although we figured that would happen going into it. otherwise, it was an amazing experience."

"Great, peaceful, fun, clean property! The beach was amazing and it’s was quiet! The home is beautiful clean.Great and safe gated community ! My family loved it and it’s fully stocked. The host Christiana was easy to reach and she answered and work out curtains things for us. Book now"

"The place was perfect for our trip. It was our first family trip and the gated community was great for us since my mom has dementia. The beach is a little further away but the golf cart was great so we didn’t have to walk too far from the beach parking. All in all it was a great place for our fist trip of many more to come. Definitely recommend it."
