It was bright, clean and comfortable with a constant breeze. The view was fabulous!! This apartment is at the end of the building with a corner balcony facing the most beautiful long natural stretch of beach that we’d ever seen. There is also a great view from the bedroom. The town has suffered from the hurricanes, but we found some good restaurants - La Parilla (the best in Los Kioscos), Ernestina’s, and Sama, and most nights we brought food home to enjoy with the view from the apt. Had everything we needed, and the balcony view of the ocean was amazing! We did not make it down to the beach area, but saw a couple of surfers in the water and an occasional couple strolling … very peaceful. Had it not been raining the mornings we were there it’s an excellent spot to catch a beautiful sunrise. Place was quiet. Host was very communicative and quick to respond to our questions. The view was absolutely beautiful. The owner has done an amazing job making it clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everything you could possibly need was there. There was pots, pans, everything you need In the kitchen. There was even laundry detergent. We had a fantastic stay at Rios place! The apartment was clean with very nice new upgrades. The best part was the corner balcony and the stunning view. Rios was very easy to work with and made sure to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we had a great stay. The staff at the front gate was also very helpful!
