"Medium level hotel, very old. But anyway the amenities are wonderful and beach services perfectly. Chairs, meals drinks services perfect in the beach and swimming pool as well. Brazilian breakfast in a good level. Very well located in front of the beach. The rooms are very old and not very clean. But acceptable for beach days."

"We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and extremely well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views. The pool and common areas are fantastic, and the entire property feels like a true luxury resort. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. The service was consistently excellent throughout our stay. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. The location in Barra da Tijuca is beautiful and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing while still enjoying everything Rio has to offer. Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro truly delivers a five-star experience. We left extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again. "Hola!! Si vas de vacaciones a Río el lugar para alojarte es “el Janeiro”. Creo que 5 estrellas es poco. Desde la atención, el servicio, la excelencia de su personal en cada una de las áreas, la mejor ubicación de todo Río y cada detalle demuestra que NADA fue liberado al azar en este hotel.
