Located along Route 413, famously known as the `Road to Happiness,` this beautiful two-bedroom apartment offers ocean views from the entrance, a private swimming pool exclusively for your use, and a peaceful tropical atmosphere just 3 minutes from beaches, restaurants, and bars.

    The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the second with a queen and twin bed. Enjoy a kitchenette equipped with a hot plate and small refrigerator, a small private balcony, air conditioning throughout the entire unit, WiFi, and a TV with Netflix. Free parking is also available.

    Casa Loba Suites consists of four individually designed rental units, each offering a private interior space. Shared outdoor amenities include a comfortable seating area, hammock, and rooftop terrace with beautiful ocean and mountain views.

    For added comfort, the property is equipped with solar panels and a backup power system to help maintain electricity during power outages.

    Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

    Located just a 3-minute drive from beautiful beaches, world-class surfing spots, the Rincón Lighthouse, restaurants, and nightlife, this property offers easy access to everything the area has to offer.

    Explore surfing, paddleboarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, horseback riding, and sailing excursions. Don`t miss the Sunday Farmers Market and Thursday Art Walk.

    A rental car is highly recommended for exploring Rincón and nearby attractions.

    Our management team is available by phone or message during your stay, and self-check-in is provided for your convenience.

    Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Loud music and excessive outdoor noise are not permitted out of respect for other guests.

This unit was great for our family of four (with two teen boys). We enjoyed the cool water pool each day. The location had beautiful views from rooftop patio. We used the kitchen for breakfast and enjoyed the recommendations for dinner restaurants. The unit was clean and AC worked great. The road is not walkable, so we drove to a few close restaurants, Surf Store and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay.

Unit 2 was perfect for our stay in Rincon. Private pool was really nice after long beach days. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views or the ocean and valley below. Would stay again!

Quiet getaway

I really enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a wedding and the space was just right. It was peaceful and much bigger than I thought. Everything was clean and the instructions were clear. Loved it!
