The 110 m² holiday rental, which is in like-new condition, will be completed in July 2024 and spans two floors. <br>The unit is located on the second floor. <br><br>The upper floor features a spacious open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a guest bathroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. <br>The couch in the living room converts into a bed.
