Apartment 60sqm:
Roof studio apartment with 60 m2 for 2 people. A pull-out couch (for 1 child) is also available. This apartment has a living / sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Bathroom: tub, sink, toilet.

The house with the apartments is located in a quiet and sunny location, with no through traffic, right on the Dreisam. Hikes, bike tours directly from the house. Explore our surroundings. A magical nature awaits you. You have the lawn with garden chairs, table with chairs, benches and a grill at your disposal (only for the house guests). A washing machine and dryer can also be used. Restaurant, barn shop and horse farm are in the immediate vicinity. There is also a playground 200 meters away. A local tax of EUR 1.40 per person per day applies. Children from 0 to 11 years do not pay visitor's tax. Kirchzarten near Freiburg im Breisgau (southern Black Forest) is one of the oldest places in the region. To the east of him was a Celtic oppidum on the district of Burg. The so-called witch trench is a remnant of this system, the function of which has not yet been able to be clarified. The ancient geographer, mathematician and astronomer Ptolemy already mentioned the place name Taródounon / Tarodunum in his second large script, which lives on in the terms Zarten and Kirchzarten, while the place name Burg refers to the Celtic oppidum. Paradiesische Lage

Leider war das Wetter zu kühl, um den wunderbaren Garten zu genießen. Aber auch so war es schön mit dem Plätschern der Dreisam und all der Natur außenrum. Genauso nett wie die Wohnung sind die Vermieter- alles bestens also! :)

Sehr schön, mega freundlich aber für 60+ nicht 100% ideal

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und ihre Freundlichkeit sind herausragend, wir bekamen selbstgekochte Marmelade, Milch und Eier von den eigenen Hühnern sowie Kaffeefilter, etwas Kaffee und Teebeutel und vieles mehr zur Begrüßung! Der Einkauf im nahen Dorflädle ist zu Fuß gut machbar, wenn auch nicht gerade günstig, dafür alles regional. Die üblichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen ebenfalls nah und sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock direkt unter dem Giebel, die letzte Stiege ist aus Holz und durchaus steil, aber unser Dackel hat sie problemlos gemeistert, obwohl er zuhause eine ähnliche Treppe nicht herunterläuft. Die Möbel sind teilweise etwas unbequem, das Sofa eigentlich ein Ausziebett und entsprechend etwas weniger komfortabel. Das Bett hat eine Matratze von 1.40 m und am "Hauptschlafplatz" vorne weist sie eine kleine Mulde auf, der Einstieg zum hinteren Schlafplatz ist durch die Dachschräge deutlich eingeschränkt, aber wir konnten uns leicht daran gewöhnen. Das größere Problem in dieser Hinsicht war die Badewanne. Es bereitet uns keine Probleme im Urlaub in einer Wanne zu duschen, die ja auch den Vorteil hat, mal ein Bad zu nehmen. Aber hier ist die Dachschräge so stark, dass es nicht möglich war, im Knieen den Oberkörper ganz aufzurichten, was z.B das Haare waschen doch sehr erschwert. Die gebückte Haltung war bei meinen Gelenk-und Rückenproblemen wirklich schwierig. Es gibt einen Zugang zu Wlan in der Wohnung, aber sobald man eine Suche oder einen Videocall darüber machen wollte, sind wir immer rausgeflogen und mussten auf unsere mobilen Daten zugreifen. (Für die beiden letztgenannten Details habe ich 1 Stern abgezogen.) Den Charme der Wohnung macht aber gerade die Dachgiebelsituation aus und das neue Panoramafenster, das leicht zu einem Minibalkon ausgeklappt werden kann, ist echt schön, direkt darunter fließt die Dreisam und man hat Blick bis zum Feldberg, Auf den beiden sesselartige Stühlen konnten wir das genießen und auch schön Lesen. Dass wir unser Dackelchen mitnehmen konnten war sehr gut, es ist sehr leicht, den Hund direkt vom Haus aus über eine Brücke auf einen Fuß-und Radweg zu führen, es gibt einen Kotbeutelspender (immer bestückt!) mit entsprechendem Mülleimer auf dem Weg. Der Charme der Wohnung, ihre Lage und die überragende Freundlichkeit der Vermieter machen Lust auf eine Wiederholung der Buchung. Vielen Dank!
