"We had 2 wonderful weeks at this property. The location was fantastic as was the view. It was very well equipped and comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat in or takeaway or just sit for coffee. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved by the agent. Easily accessible and with parking underground secure. Only minor complaint was the towels provided which were well past their sell-by date. (We went a bought a couple of bath towels for £15.)"

"Love love loved staying at this lovely apartment! everything was perfect, had everything we could possibly need, comfy beds with beautiful cool linen bedding. We could see nothing but the sea from our bedroom whilst having our morning coffee, pure bliss. "Perfect place for me to work. Lots of space for one person (or 2). Cozy Aga. Atmospheric large gardens. Excellent and delightful on site manager. This is old fashioned and hasn’t been decorated for a while. But a well equipped kitchen set up. Excellent large kitchen table and endless possibilities to cook on the Aga. Note a modern oven, hob and microwave were there too. Friendly village. Two pubs. Long deepest Devon walks. Quite a way on little roads to get anywhere. I was there five weeks and...

"Great place to stay to explore croyde. 5 mins walk to beach and a couple of minutes to croyde cafés and ice cream. Kids loved their stay. Place is very clean and looked after and perfect for a family of four with two young kids Host was excellent and really understanding when I had to take a work call past the check out time 5 stars!"

Andy and Caroline were excellent hosts - we were very grateful for the use of the 4 wheel drive to get us down the track and it was interesting to hear the story of the treehouse. "A fantastic last minute weekend getaway! So many activities for everyone. The grounds are stunning, the staff super friendly and the hot tup at the property was a major plus! Only criticism was the breakfast was a little chaotic (perhaps we arrived at the wrong time) but we were made to wait a while for a table and the selection of cereals / Savory / milk was very sparse ! The dinner was good, but my wife did receive marmite butter when we clearly stated she was coeliac! We will be back with...

"Great accommodation, the pool and games room were perfect for our young teens. Lovely local area, the chip shop was the best fish and chips we’ve had in a long time. We visited Clovelly and the near by waterpark, both were well worth the visit. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again"
