It was gross immediately walked out there was bugs the bathroom looked like a murder scene a guy hanging out the window smoking saying they said no smoking in the room but not the window really loud music, the smoke detector hanging off the wall as if someone stole the batteries, it was an embarrassment, I would never suggest this place it says 5.6 stars but the rating is out of 10!!!! Very misleading.

Drove to the hotel with my adult daughter. We both felt very uncomfortable with the way the property looked. Very shabby, sleazy and run down. We didn’t feel comfortable staying at this hotel. It is not at all what it appears to be online. A total misrepresentation. Unfortunately because it was after 4pm when we arrived the hotel refused to cancel our reservation and will charge me the full price. The hotel says it’s an Expedia problem, Expedia says it’s a hotel issue. I’ve never had this happen to me before. I didn’t get cancellation insurance because I knew we would be making the trip and needing the room. It never occurred to me that the insurance is needed in case the hotel turns out to be a dive. When I talked to the hotel representative about my reasons for cancelling he assured me the hotel was safe - there’s never been a shooting there! (It just looks like it’s a real possibility!)

It’s run down. Dirty and falling apart. Sheets had some stains and the room smelled like mold. Pillows felt used. That property should be torn down.

The condition of the property was a bit scary. Many of the rooms were labelled as “condemned”. Saw lots of roaches. The side door to outside didn’t lock.

I was traveling back to NY and attempted to stay at this hotel. The place was dirty and smelled awful. The bathtub had rust all around it, and the bathroom was disgusting. I felt VERY unsafe due to the other guests staying at this hotel. My husband and I checked in and checked out within an hour and went to another hotel.

Owner and staff were friendly. Condition of the inside was worn out. Bedding was clean. Paint peeling on doors and stains on tub. Guests were smoking in adjacent room even though clearly stated no smoking throughout facility. Facility is worn out and needs updated. Grateful for ability to have our dog with us but will not stay there again.

The most disgusting hotel ever. I will be in touch with more details. Expedia needs to remove this hotel from their website immediately. They put my family on the second floor and there is no elevator. You have to carry your baggage up steps. The room was the dirtiest room I ever seen. Absolutely terrible.

Only one lightbulb in the room worked, we had to get some from the front desk to install ourselves. It was dirty, and some of the outlets didnt work. It served it's purpose as a place to sleep for our stay, but i would not return.

Very disappointed with my stay. First of all after arriving and speaking with the gentleman, he acted like we had not already paid for a reservation and was trying to get information for us as far as what we want and we had to tell him what we paid for. He advise us not to go through the software next time. After finally getting what we pay for which was the suite. The room was very dirty and only one heating system work, and when I went to wash my hands, all the water went on the floor since the plumbing was missing. We went back to the desk to see him, and we caught him urinating with his door open. He had to excuse himself as we waited for him to come back to the office. He could not find us another suite after we had paid, we had to settle for a regular room for the price we paid at that time we were so tired didn’t matter. The hallways were smelly and dirty, and at the end we decided to skip breakfast, and we departed as early as possible that we could get out of there and will never return.

If you like hair and pubes on your sheets, black mold in tune bathroom, and a rent by the hour vibe then this is the place for you. If not, you might want to stay somewhere else.

This place is a real joke....the professionalism is very poor. The owner came in the eating area yelling at me that i couldnt have a the light breakfast that they have here because i booked through Expedia for my booking.....had a email stating that there was a breakfast from 6 to 9 am for guest....and nothing being said otherwise. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I had booked another 2 nights and canceled as quick as i could get back into my room. I will never look this way again muchless book a room. No one is at the desk....ring a bell and they come from a room upstairs. This place is truly not worth staying. Close the doors if this is how you speak to your guest.

This was an overnight stop over during a long drive for business. The hotel was just about trashed but the price was extremely cheap so you get what you pay for, The best part of the hotel was the extremely nice clerk that checked me in. This really made up for the poor condition of the hotel. Beware that this hotel allows dogs which is not very sanitary, The clerk allowed me to change rooms due to the room next to mine having several barking dogs.The hotel should really change its policy about animals. I wish that I could remember the employee's name, He was so kind and helpful.

Do not stay here
Just plain gross. The pictures online were a total catfish. Lobby was nice and front desk clerk was pleasant, but that’s about it. Run down, smelled of cigarettes and reeked of weed. Doors to outside had caution tape on them. The sink wouldn’t drain. And the “free breakfast” was a total joke. Some tiny bagels and gross cereal.

Bathtub looked like it hasn't been cleaned in centuries, we were moved into another room and it wasnt really any better. Bad odor throughout the hotel and we ended up checking out hours after we checked in

The manager accommodated my ankle injury by moving me to a room with the shower facing the correct way. They helped with my luggage. The breakfast was great! Will stay here again!

This property is dated and appears to be housing migrants, The hallways smell like fish. The rooms had dogs inside barking at all hours of the night. Roaches on the wall when I got up to use the bathroom.

since you stay we removed ground floor carpet and renovated loby and pest control took care of pest problem no more pest issue untill another guest bring with them
