The room was clean and spacious. Good amenities but lack of hairdryer in the bathroom. They brought it right away when requested though. Shuttle service was quite nice but stopping by other hotels on the way to the airport.

The only quirky part of our staff was our room. We stayed twice, and the staff called our room a suit. The layout was quirky, although clean. Located close to Richmond Airport which was convenient. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was great. I don't recall a hot tub, only a pool which was not available either night we stayed at the hotel.

Where shall I begin? The moment we walked in; I was overcome with a sense of calm and relaxation! The lobby was spotless; well-cooled and most alluring! The room was amazing and imagine my surprise to find the bathroom stocked with Dove products for sensitive skin; which are the ONLY kind I can use! The breakfast was great; and I'm looking for that wonderful Costa Coffee on-line. When we return to the VA area; THIS WILL BE OUR GOTO every time. And I truly appreciate the professionalism and courteous of all of the staff; GREAT PLACE!!!!

I didn’t sleep for three nights. The doors are paper thin. Every pin that dropped in the hallway was heard. The neighbors tv was on blast until 5am each night. It was my fault for not going to the front desk. Staff was great. Place was clean. Still would not go back.
