Clean, beautiful, and well designed hotel. Always a smile from your staff. They are very friendly and welcoming. Walls of the building are very thin. We could hear EVERYTHING going on around us.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Not sure why they charge $75 for a pet to sleep there….? Also, wish they would actively prohibit the smoking (of everything) right next to entrances/exits. Overall, very nice place.

The property is clean and the gym is new. The bed was comfortable and the room seemingly has everything you need . The issues ..heating and cooling is a mess . There is one vent in the bathroom that heats or cools the room .. I went over thanksgiving and the room was so hot I needed a fan ( which the front desk gave me) . I stayed 3 nights and the last night I just turned the thermostat off . One of the elevators was broken. And even someone who worked there said it's been a problem. Kind of a shame for a new property . I won't be staying here again

Not staying again.

Very disappointing. Thermastat unable to be adjusted lower than 68 however the room would not even cool to 68 the temperature stayed between 72-74. Woke up drenched in sweat. Shower only gets lukewarm not matter how hot you try to make it. Otherwise a very clean hotel. Staff seemed to still be in learning mode. Took 4 people to get me registered and that took them 20 minutes to assign me a room when I had a reservation.

The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights. Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double what I had reserved for! This is a definite price scam.

My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations.
