Staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable, but starting to show some age. Location very convenient, easy access on and off major highway. Excellent breakfast. Would stay there again.

The bar was limited, I had to hold the tv up with my cologne and another remote. The Starbucks machine was out of coffee beans and after hours they wouldn’t open for the delivery man in church it made my food kind of cold. The staff was great though just poor at everything by else.

The hotel was definitely a disappointment I stayed there before it was much better it’s giving a motel the smell is so bad the rooms are not clean the bathroom had a bad looking tub I did not take a shower I wish I would’ve choose a different hotel but my grandma lives close by and is going through chemotherapy I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

We felt that we were welcome and appreciated with choosing the Hyatt Hotel. The front desk was very friendly and very welcoming in greeting us! We flew from California Monterey and the reason of being in Richmond Virginia was our son graduation for AIT at Fort Lee Base. So we are very pleased with our staying at the Hyatt Hotel! Bravo! To Cody & the kitchen service, much appreciated!!! We also left a tip for the Housekeeper and their service.
