"We stayed at this Vrbo as a friend group. It is a new construction which is currently listed for sale. The steps to the front door were icy and not cleared of snow. The rental has a lot of stairs and I would not recommend it to anyone with mobility issues or with young children. It had the barebones necessities such as plates and silverware, however dishwasher soap was not provided and there were no coffee pods, although a keurig machine was provided. There was no tea kettle or even basics such a salt in the salt shaker. No towel provided in the half bathroom. Although cleanliness was acceptable overall, carpeting in the bedrooms was dirty. The place is ok overall but not a place we would want to return to. "

"I made a foolish mistake, so this review is just to help others from doing the same. This is a bedroom and bathroom only. The kitchen, living area and patio are all shared with the owners and any other potential guests. The owners have a beautiful large dog. We were unable to stay, because i have an unfriendly little dog so i can not comment on the actual stay. "

"Booking first time with VRBO and traveling with family I was nervous, but thankfully everything here was exactly as described and the property manager was very easy to chat with. The location is ideal since it's a short drive to so many grocery stores and coffee shops. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The garage space is excellent and easily fits two SUVs indoors. The house is not dingy like some other hotels in the area. The natural light and privacy really made us feel at home.My only feedback is the pink room upstairs had a really stiff mattress, it was as hard as the ground so we found it easier to sleep on the sofa bed instead.All in all excellent option if you're looking to stay in the area."

"It was a great place for my friends and I! Lots of beds, clean, lots of mirrors for us ladies to get ready, big dining table, and easy for parking. It is a new build so front entrance stairs weren’t done and the neighbourhood is still being finished. As more people move into the neighbourhood parking may be more of a challenge. I did have to reach out for all questions like check in and check out information but responses were quick. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend with no troubles at all at 8 Tay Lane. "

"The space was perfect for what we needed! We were staying in the area for a convention and everything was clean, up to date, and comfortable. It was also stocked well with things one might need. The hosts were very kind and willing to accommodate as well. I cannot say enough good things!"
