Great little place to stay while we visited family. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The front desk staff was friendly and greeted is warmly. Would definitely stay again!!

Only thing to improve would be to have a sofa sleeper in the suites rather than just a normal couch and another comfort chair.

We love staying here!
We've started there twice now and they're very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast and when we needed special attention they were there to help. They don't have a bar but you can get beer and wine at the front desk. We go to visit Cumberland and drive the extra miles to stay here.

Your staff was very friendly. But…. The beds are absolutely terrible. I think sleeping on a wooden floor would have been more comfortable. I did not sleep at all, and my back hurts. Other than that. All good. Please get new updated beds.

Great area
Second time staying here, I enjoyed what the hotel had to offer and used the hot tub every night. We returned to the hotel because we enjoyed the comfort and convenience of this hotel specifically. Also worth mentioning it is across the street from TJ Maxx and near Lehman's Supper Club (worth a stop for fine dining experience).

The good - good Wi-Fi that didnt kick me out every few hours, like at some hotels. Larger than usual min-fridge which was great for me since I have dietary restrictions and carry all my own food. Friendly staff, decent hot breakfast, and clean. The not so good - I was assigned a room adjacent to an exterior door that squeaked very loudly. I couldn’t sleep past 6 am when people would start going in and out the door. Also walls very thin so could easily hear doors shutting, conversations etc. The window in my room was half covered with taped cardboard.

My traveling partner checked in before I arrived so didn’t really internet with staff. Room was really clean and very comfortable. Nice chair for lounging and plenty of space. Bathroom was super clean. Good breakfast included. Looked like work was being done to refurb the hotel. Was not intrusive on our stay. Just to be aware if prior reviews have negative comments.

It did not have an elevator for the second floor. It only had 2 of the paper coffee cups no cups in the bathroom. 1 of our 2 key cards didn’t work. Couldn’t open the windows when it cooled off because the screens were torn which would have allowed bugs in
