"One night stay, easy check in. Modern feel to the hotel, rooms a good size, comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Room very clean as were communal areas. Handy bar and screens with sport on. Didn’t eat there in the evening but breakfast was spot on. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Parker at the John Lewis just across the street. Excellent location."

"A well-located hotel in Chester (approx. a 10-minute walk to the centre of the High Street) with great amenities: restaurant, bar, spa, gym and pool. Our room was clean, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The room just felt a little outdated and in need of some modernising, in particular the bathroom. However, this didn't impact our one-night stay. Breakfast was small in selection, but tasty. The spa was a nice-to-have, and we enjoyed using the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi."
