The hotel has been recently renovated, - completely, - and it shows. Everything has been done with the highest quality in mind, to suit the first class location right next to the central square of this beautiful town. The quality of the staff and the service seems to have been renovated too, and is excellent. We had a memorable stay. I will certainly return.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and explained everything well at check in before showing us to our room. Room was one of their small ones so it was cosy, provided toiletries and coffee were good. We didn’t use the hotel amenities as preferred to be out and about so couldn’t comment further.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way back north. The hotel is lovely and the rooms very comfortable, the restaurant was closed whilst we were there but the bar serves a nice selection without needing to go out. The hotel is ideally positioned to visit Annecy or do what we did and visit Mont Revard with outstanding views of the lake right next to the hotel, the surrounding countryside is beautiful. Fabulous stay and would highly recommend. Only negative we had was that there was no bin bags available in the apartment and it was not cleaned for the 4 days we stayed and no change of towels. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful staff. Made us fell very welcome, nothing a bother; even though we felt out of our league. More enjoyable with transport.

Our second stay at Le Pelican. Perfectly located for Annecy Old Town. The hotel has “all you require” for a holiday stop over.

Fantastic place, really friendly staff, excellent room with nice shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). Bourg is a lovely place.

Very smart hotel in pleasant grounds. Large, smart modern room. Very clean. Service very friendly and efficient. Food absolutely fantastic and very reasonably priced for Michelin star restaurant

I had a great stay, made even better by excellent customer service when I had a problem. Without this it could have been a really bad stay. Really comfortable room and well appointed. My overall impression though was of a team that look after and care about their guests.
