By 4.20pm i was very mad and kept reminding them that we are still waiting for our room and we finally received the keys to our room at 4.30pm even though they tell you the latest guaranteed time is 4pm. Also be aware of the AC noise in the rooms. Loudest noise i have ever heard from AC. We couldn’t turn it off and called reception for help. They told us how to do it but the AC would turn on every 10 minutes. We basically couldn’t sleep the whole night and got cold the next day. When i shared our experience with the receptionist the next day, they didn’t even listen and just said ohh i am sorry for your experience! I wouldn’t stay in this hotel if you want a peaceful and relaxing experience. The location was good. Excellent location. Great gym, pool and hot tubs (plural) and also has steam room and great bbq facilities right next to pool area. Beds were the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stayed in across our trip around USA and Canada. Family of 5 travelling from Australia. Stayed in a “room with den” kids sleeping on good sized sofa beds and had their own bathroom/toilet. Our bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Self contained kitchen was great and saved us lots of money on food and had filtered drinking water. Our bathroom had seperate shower and bath with massage jets which was a nice surprise as I don’t think it was mentioned in ad. Fireplace also adds a nice touch after a days skiing.
