### Central Luxury Apartment

A fully renovated (since March 2017) dual-aspect apartment,ideally situated in the heart of Rethymno’s historic, shopping and nightlife districts, on a seaside location, merely 500 meters away from the beach.  
  
It has been designed into a minimal, exquisite and state-of-the-art residence!  
The space  
The apartment is a quiet and very comfortable one, with all modern amenities . It opens up into an entrance room with a coat hanger, a bureau with a mirror and a handy shoe rack. Additionally, there is a master bedroom with a double bed (150x200), ceiling fan, spacious closets for maximum storage, two nightstands on either side of the bed, a dresser with a mirror and a balcony. The living room is air conditioned, with a big sofa which is transformed into a double bed, a desk with a swivel chair and a fully equipped TV stand.  
  
The room is equipped with a luxury bathroom with a spacious bath cabin (100x120) and modern-design furniture. The kitchen area is fully equipped with every labor-saving appliance and it also opens up into a seperate balcony. A separate laundry area is another feature of this apartment.

The apartment is located in the center of Rethymno, at a close distance from the beach, (just 500 meters), surrounded by supermarkets, coffee shops, and bus stations.  
  
You can visit some of the most important historical sites of Rethymno on foot (like the Fortezza Castle). Furthermore, you are only at a 5-minute walking distance from the old harbor, the central market and Rethymno’s boasting nightlife.  
  
What’s more, Rethymno’s best quality restaurants, bustling nightclubs and coffee places are all a short walk away from this apartment...
