Great hotel

Always use this hotel for overnight stays needed when traveling from Glasgow airport. Great free shuttle service too. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit on the small side but as it's only ever for one night it's not a problem. My one gripe is when I stayed on 30th July there was a Christmas display with a countdown to the 25th Dec. That totally spoiled my day and stay. Apparently the manageress insisted on it being there despite protests from staff that it's too early. Listen to your staff. It is too...

2 good nights sleep. Good size room. King sixe bed and matress zzzzzz. Both meals and breakfasts were great. The staff are very pleasant and polite. They actually look like they enjoy working there. This could be because it is an NHS run hospital so less stressful on the staff. The views are of the River Clyde. Both days we watched the last ocean going steam paddle ship sail past it is the best sight and sound.

A short but very pleasant stay at the hotel. As I was visiting relatives I didn't use all the hotel facilities but the room was large, quiet and comfortable, albeit a bit dark. Breakfast was excellent as I expected.

Perfect for an overnight to catch a flight early morning.

This hotel does what it says in the tin. Central, clean, easy to walk everywhere. It is a no frills hotel but had everything you need and the room was completely refreshed for my second night. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a room where you can open a window and not have to rely on air conditioning.(for some reason I was given an ‘acessible room’ which did make me smile. Had an Amazing time, used the heath suite, before having a lovely dinner, then breakfast in the morning, staff very friendly & so helpful 😀

Good food and drink options, ample space to socialise and relax. Central and close to transport links when needed

Check in & parking was easy, with plenty spaces (for a charge - cheaper at weekends), and the staff were lovely. The hotel seemed well staffed and busy with other guest, which is always a good sign. The rooms were lovely, clean and fresh with hand-soap and plenty of towels. We only stayed one night and the room was quiet, the bed and bedding was soft and comfortable and the air conditioning was a pleasant temp to be able to sleep. We will definitely consider this hotel to stay in again.

The hotel has beautiful scenic views and gorgeous interior. The staff at this hotel could not have been more welcoming, starting with reception, to house keeping, to the staff at the spa/pool and lastly but not least the restaurant staff. I did, however, have one negative experience which was that I passed out in the spa sauna - the high tempature and my low blood pressure were not a good mix. Handy for Hydro, train station and places to eat.

The room was clean and spacious enough. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Nothing seemed too much. It was perfect proximity to the Hydro and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay there again

Just few minutes to the central of Glasgow. Very convenient but the city is very dirty.
