Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Gemütliche Sitzgruppen im Wohnzimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Schlafzimmer groß und hell, Betten bequem. Die Bäder sind in einem guten Zustand. Für Kinder ist das Haus nicht so gut geeignet, es steht im Wohnzimmer zu viel Dekoratives (inklusive einem riesigen Elchkopf) herum. Die Gartenmöbel waren wenig ansprechend, der Gartentisch war aus Kunststoff, sehr schmutzig und teilweise zerbrochen. Es gab auch keine Tischdecke dazu. Wir konnten ihn zum Essen nicht benutzen. Den Grill mussten wir vor der Benutzung erst reinigen. Der Empfang durch die Concierge war wenig einladend.Wir mussten zunächst vor der Haustür die Kaution bezahlen, erst dann wurde uns der Code für das Schlüsselkästchen mitgeteilt. Sie begleitete uns nicht in das Haus, um uns einzuweisen. So mussten wir uns einiges selbst zusammen suchen, z.B die Polsterauflagen für die Gartenmöbel. Die Kaution haben wir mehr als 14 Tage nach der Abreise noch nicht zurückerhalten, ein sehr merkwürdiges Geschäftgebaren.Insgesamt war die Kommunikation sehr schlecht. Eine Nachricht über das Kontaktformular wurde nicht beantwortet, von BelVilla habe ich dann die Tel.-Nr. für eine WhatsApp erhalten. Eine Anfrage wegen eines möglichen früheren Check-Ins wurde sehr unfreundlich abgelehnt. Ich akzeptiere das, aber das geht auch freundlich. Attention entre propriétaire et agence Belvilla, certains points ne sont pas en accord (cf paiement caution en espèce ou par carte de banque). Je trouve aussi TRES TRES long que le propriétaire garde la caution et ne la restitue que jusqu'à 14 jours après le séjour, pour moi, ce n'est pas normal de garder autant de temps l'argent, si le lieu est ok, la caution doit pouvoir être restituée directement (le seul délai acceptable est les 3 jours ouvrables de paiement entre banques). In de keuken liep erg veel ongedierte rond, er is geen mogelijkheid om eten op tafel te plaatsen. Wanneer dit gedaan word zal hier binnen 10 minuten al ongedierte op zitten, als de keukenlaatjes te ver uitgetrokken worden heb je deze zo in de hand. Diverse deurkrukken zitten niet vast en deze heb je dus ook zo in de hand. De verlichting in de badkamer schakeld uit zichzelf uit tijdens het douchen, wanneer later op de avond gedouched wordt valt deze dus uit en moet met veel gevaar over de gladde vloer in het donker de lichtschakelaar gevonden worden. Als laatste de bank in de woonkamer hoog nodig aan vervanging toe, deze hebben wij niet durven gebruiken aangezien de zijleuning bijna op loslaten staat. Zeker de slaapkamers met bijhorende douche of bad waren ideaal.De kleinkinderen hadden liever nog langer gebleven. Een mooie wandeling gedaan met aansluitend een kayaktocht. In de keuken is e ... Het huisje is ruim, met vele kamers en elk een aparte douche. In de keuken is een ingebouwde friteuse, staat een steengril, tangen en vuurstarter voor de bbq, zeer veel borden en bestek. 1 kinderstoel was ook aanwezig. Kortom het was er goed voorzien. Moderne tv met vele keuze uit programma’s en Netflix op. De sauna is houtgestookt en dat moet je zelf ruim (wij deden 3u) op voorhand doen, maar hij werkte zeer goed. Hebben we vele avonden in doorgebracht. Aan de stofwebben te zien was het al even geleden dat het huisje gebruikt was geweest. Hierdoor had het niet echt een propere indruk. Daarnaast waren er wat ongemakken zoals lampje van oven dat kapot is, vloer in de living die omhoog komt, houders voor douchekoppen die afgebroken zijn, het grote vuur werkt het binnenste deel niet goed, … allemaal domme kleine ongemakken die je het huis slechter gaan bekijken. Ook de gordijnen zijn wat ondermaats als je overdag kindjes te slapen moet leggen. Wel was de tuin compleet afgesloten wat goed was voor de kindjes, maar de tuin is zoals in de Ardenne te verwachten is met een trapje en een heuvel die te telkens naar boven moet. Vele bange momenten gehad, maar de kindjes hadden hier veel plezier aan om op en neer te lopen. We hebben er een fantastisch leuke tijd gehad door het goede weer en de goede omgeving. Goede ligging, tuin niet echt aantrekkelijk voor kinderen, huis beetje oudbollig maar gezellig en zeer ruim. Ontvangst ok. Hout ter beschikking. Jammerlijk minpunt wespenplaag (30 wespen op 4 dagen) op een kamer zodat we deze kamer uit veiligheidsoverweging niet meer gebruikt hebben en 2 kinderen met matrassen op de grond bij de ouders sliepen... De afgesloten zolderkamer werd gecontroleerd op een wespennest maar verder werd er niets ondernomen.
