The great thing about this hotel are the staff and the location, a short walk from the train station. The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean! I will absolutely be back whenever I go to Reggio Calabria again! Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

Hotel management was extremely accommodating when I asked them about service and amenities in advance. They also allowed me to store a luggage at their property the day before I checked in. What was a very particular touch, when I arrived to my room the luggage was there already. The reception was very professional addressing any concerns and questions I had about the area. In spite of the Covid restrictions breakfast arrived on time delivered to my roome.

I would recommend this hotel 100%. Friendly . helpful . super clean and the rooms were excellent. It was family owned and had a 5 star restaurant and service at affordable pricing. Location was within blocks from train /bus station for easy traveling....and all the shopping and restaurants you could hope wish for.

Very disappointing stay
We arrived in the evening and it took the receptionist more than 20 minutes to check us in on her computer. The room was shabby with patches of different couloirs paint in the walls. When we came down to breakfast there was no food left. The covered glass trays were all empty and the juice were empty with a bowl of strained oranges just sitting there We sat there for 15 minutes with a glass of water and nobody did a thing.

Dear Sirs, I am very embittered by your words. I am really surprised because we use to serve food until the last minute of our breakfast from 7 to 10. These images make me think that maybe you came down for breakfast after hours. In fact we allow our guests have a coffee and eat something even if the buffet is actually closed. I cannot realize when this happened beacause you are signing as anonymous. If you d be so kind to give more information maybe I will be able to manage in a better way the situation. Hotel adequate for one night stay
The hotel was adequate for the one night I was in Reggio di Calabria prior to crossing to Sicily. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Great Hotel - Fantastic Service
Stayed here just two nights and it was a great visit. The staff at the Albanuova were fantastic and very friendly. They were helpful in providing advice and went beyond in helping us. They arranged taxi's and recommended restaurants (which were excellent). Breakfast was varied and fresh. The rooms were large and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very good hotel, near to rail station.
We stayed 6 nights to tour around Calabria. This hotel is very clean, reasonably priced and close to the rail and bus stations for travel; also close to the town centre and seafront. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English. The breakfast is cold buffet style, nicely presented with a fair range of choices, including fresh orange! We would return for another stay there and recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to tour Calabria by public transport.

Great choice in Reggio Calabria
We were very impressed with Albanuova and its staff. Of particular interest to many couples would be the fact that they have true Queen and King size beds as opposed to the common practice of two twin mattresses. I would be hard pressed to recommend making a different choice in that area.

Vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria per chi viaggia in treno. Accoglienza gentile, personale sorridente. Buona la cena in hotel, arredo moderno e simpatico. Buona e abbondante anche la prima colazione. Camera e bagno puliti. Purtroppo molto rumoroso il condizionatore in camera che non era possibile spengere per il caldo africano.

Hotel situato a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Reggio, facile raggiungere l'autostrada e il lungo mare. Camere non grandissime ma pulite. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Non ha parcheggio interno ma possibile sosta gratuita lungo la strada se non occupate da altri veicoli. Accessibile ai disabili. Colazione buona.

una sera a reggio di calabria
l'hotel è confortevole, situato nelle immediate vicinanze della stazione centrale, il personale è molto disponibile e cortese, ho cenato in albergo dove è previsto sia un menù fisso con scelta tra quattro portate che un menù alla carta con varie portate. in quel momento al ristorante non c'era alcun avventore oltre me, ciò nonostante il cameriere non mi ha dato fretta né ha prolungato inutilmente il servizio. è sicuramente un albergo da consigliare e da ritornare

Notte insonne, dovuta ad aria condizionata rumorosissima e di poca o nessuna refrigerazione. I letti si trovano su un soppalco in posizione poco aerabile dalla finestra. Molto gentile il personale. Il bagno è invecchiato. La posizione dell'hotel rispetto agli aliscafi è troppo periferica e in quartiere che sembra trascurato e poco sicuro. La stazione ferroviaria però è vicina.

IUl soggiorno è andato bene e il personale della reception è stato di una gentilezza e di un'efficienza esemplare. Stessa cosa pe il ristorante che abbiamo utilizzato la sera con mia moglie e mia figlia e propone dei piatti ottimamente preparati con materie di prima qualità.

Rätt trist hotell i ett rätt trist område, men på gångavstånd till litet trevligare kvarter. Wifi fungerade inte på andra våningen, men de anställda sa inte det, utan gav nya inloggningskoder flera gånger vilket var irriterande. Det hade varit mycket bättre om de sa som det var.

Vi kom med tåg till Reggio och hotellet låg på gångavstånd från stationen. Vi bodde bara två nätter. Hotellet var utmärkt och vi tyckte att hotellets restaurang var mycket bra.
