"Hotel was very nice with very large rooms. Everything was good, rooms just need alttle TLC and refreshing. Hotel close to a few Underground Stations and basically around the corner to the British Museum. "

"The Grange Lancaster was shut and we had no information about this on the website. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. We were finally given a room with the bedside lamps dangling off the wall and a very filthy carpet. It was a...
