"It was close to the Great Portland Street Tube Station and the rooms were very good. The hot water boiler was broken during my stay so I did not have any hot water in my room. The elevator also occasionally broke during my stay. "Easy check in and check out process. I appreciated the late check in option as the LNR trains were on strike so I didn't get to the hostel til 12AM. "Great place to stay for the $ consensus traveller. You can book a dorm or private room for 2 for a fraction of the cost of name brand hotels. Rooms were clean but lacked things like a TV.
