Clean and nice room. Staff helped me store my luggages while we waited for the room to get ready. Good breakfast selection. Excellent location. The only complaint was the AC. I cannot control it per front desk and it was set to fan only. Not totally happy because we booked it for the AC and location as a big factor because the weather in italy is very hot in summer.

This hotel was in a great location and very walkable to the town center, the train station, restaurants, shopping and all the amazing monuments and attractions in Ravenna. Our room was quite small, but very clean. Parking was across the street in a lot.

We stayed at this hotel in Ravenna and found it very convenient, especially because it is within easy walking distance of the train station. After a long and tiring journey, we appreciated how smooth and welcoming the check-in experience was. We had originally planned to go out for dinner, but decided to stay and eat at the hotel restaurant instead, which turned out to be a great choice. The service was excellent, and Georgiana, our waitress, was especially friendly and attentive, making us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, this hotel is a great option for travelers looking for convenience, good service, and a relaxing place to unwind after a long trip. I will definitely be back.
