Really enjoyed the stay as normal Service experience excellent Room comfortable Food was good but think it needs a change

We just required a room for the night on our travels. We did not expect this lovely self contained unit with kitchenette microwave toaster kettle and fridge along with 2 televisions and great wifi. It was great!! If you get there when the centre is closed as we did you will get a text to collect your key from a key safe on the wall. Beautifully maintained property and an excellent breakfast.

Disabled double room was no bigger than a normal double room. Manoeuvring a wheel-chair around the foot of the bed was difficult and meant squeezing past the TV stand. Could not get wheel-chair along side of the bed, so had to use the other side. Shower/WC room too small to use washbasin from wheel-chair without it sticking out into the bedroom and unable to close bathroom door. We ariived late in the evening for a weekend break and were welcomed by Dave who showed us to our luxury bungalow. In the bungalow Denise had prepared us a grocery pack which we made full use of with arriving so late. My elderly mum was with us and Dave and Denise really did go above and beyond spoiling us. Beautiful grounds surround this mix of well planned old and modern hotel. A very pleasant place to stay.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in many a year. We arrived 2 hours early and were given key to the room and a very nice young lady showed us the way and explained the facilities. The evening meals were excellent, portions very good and excellent quality food and drink, the lad who served us was pleasant and always smiling.
