"There were a couple issues, not terrible, but worth mentioning. The handle to the entry door was in disrepair. It would be easily fixed with a screw to secure the handle to the door and should be done to prevent damage to both. As far as condiments for the home, there should at least be salt, pepper, and a couple of coffee pods available for the first night/morning, along with enough paper towels to last a few days...it wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. The air mattress, I guess, was in disrepair and was not present like promised, but the host, upon notification to him, got a new one delivered right at bedtime for our use, which was much appreciated by our young guests. The cabin is a wonderful place, roomy, clean and comfortable. We appreciate the communications had between the host and us, and would stay here again if in the area. Thanks for your hospitality..."

"We had a great stay at this cabin! It was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was spacious and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We were even lucky enough to see bears, which made the trip even more memorable!The only minor downside was that the pullout sofas weren’t the most comfortable, but they worked fine for our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a nice mountain getaway."

"Really nice cabin. Awkward parking but can't be helped since it's built on a steep hill. Very clean inside though slightly outdated. Kitchen was fully furnished. We loved the handwritten note left for us with the little gifts. 100% would come back again."

"We had an amazing stay at American Views in Gatlinburg! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and had breathtaking mountain views that made every morning and evening special. It was peaceful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after exploring the Smoky Mountains. The location was convenient—close enough to Gatlinburg attractions while still feeling private and secluded. We made wonderful family memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing Smoky Mountain getaway!"
