We stayed here for more than a week and from arriving and being warmly welcomed with a coffee in the pub before going to our room to our sad goodbye there has never been a warmer, more comfortable place! Leonardo is a gem and he and the staff accommodated our every need so graciously. The rooms are spotless and charming! you will love staying here! "

"Very nice accommodation for flights at Heathrow. Bedrooms well equipped, clean and very comfortable bed. I was a little disappointed with the dining experience, both dinner and breakfast. I felt I had to ask for items that should have accompanied the meals. "

"Rooms were pleasant enough and staff that checked us in were really friendly. No food options but in walking distance to plenty of places and town centre. Nice touch to leave out cereals etc for breakfast. Mirrors in bedroom/bathroom quite small so wasn’t the easiest to get ready. Cleaning staff knocking on our doors at 9:30 to ask us to leave keys in door (fine) but also reminding us check out was at 10 made us feel like we were being rushed out of our rooms (we knew what time check out was)"

"For starters the service was amazing, everyone we came across were so genuinely lovely and friendly. We felt very welcome and looked after. The food there was delicious we ate there two nights in a row, such fresh and yummy tapas with an amazing vibe in the bar area. The room was spacious and comfortable, we opted for a deluxe room with an en-suite, just be aware that although generally it’s quiet, you can hear everyone in the rooms around you banging about and opening and slamming their doors,...

"Stayed here for five nights and loved it! Our room was spacious, clean, had a microwave, washer/dryer and basically everything you might need for your stay. The only thing I did not like about the property was the bathroom… I wish they had shower curtains instead of just a glass partition that doesn’t really prevent the water from getting out of the bath tub when you shower. Also, a step stool to get in the tub would be nice since the tub is quite high."
