"Loved staying in this lovely mews house. The house was clean and comfortable for three adults and two children. Only a short walk to bus lines to get to the tube. The neighborhood is quiet and close to dining and grocery stores. Check in process was easy and all questions and requests were answered in a timely manner. Overall this is a great rental for anyone looking to not be in a tourist area and have a wonderful London experience."

"We traveled from Oregon to London for Spring Break (me, husband and 3 teens) . The owner was very transparent about construction going on next door, which it was but we were out of the place early every day so it didn't really impact us. The townhouse was very much as stated in the VRBO description. We had a couple of issues with things like the dishwasher, but the host was very responsive and even came over 1 evening to help us out. He was really nice and helped to make our trip even better....

Other facilities bathroom, kitchen etc are shared which it also says so inconsistent description Key lock system was broken and had to wait in the cold for someone to driver over and bash the key off the wall with a hammer. "We came in for a football game and are a family of 5. There was a lot of space for us to spread out. I was a little concerned with some of the other reviews but the property management company was good to communicate with. The Wi-Fi was not great and we could not get the TV to work. Wish there were a few restaurant recommendations or things to do provided but maybe they only do that in the states. Overall the place were perfect for us and in a great tucked away location.
