La habitación, es muy agradable, pero una de las dos que rentamos, no tenía agua caliente, la otra, no funcionaba el WC. La atención es buena, pero muy mecánica, le faltaría un poco de "sentido común" en decisiones como permanencia después de las 12:00, quizá el decir que se resguarda el equipaje...

En general, está bien el hotel, el personal es muy amable, pero es insoportable el ruido por las noches debido al bar de enfrente. Mis sábanas tenían pelos y no me tocó agua caliente el primer día de mi estancia. Sin embargo, la habitación estaba muy limpia y es de buen tamaño.

El hotel es sencillo pero las instalaciones son bastante nuevas y las tienen muy bien mantenidas. Todo el personal muy atento y servicial. La ubicación es excelente pues el centro turístico está a 5 minutos caminando, y el trayecto es muy seguro inclusive de noche. El único "pero" es que el bar de la alberca solo da servicio hasta las 4:00 pm.

El servicio es excelente. Las instalaciones también. Lo único malo es que lo vendan también como balneario y los fines de semana la alberca se llena porque dejan entrar gente que no no se hospeda en el hotel y solo lo usan como balneario cuando la alberca es muy pequeña

El hotel, el servicio y las instalaciones son excelentes, tuvimos un evento y se nos complicó que pudieran hacer la limpieza ya que nos estábamos enlistando, salimos a las 14:00 horas, esperando que limpiaran la habitación pero ya no lo hicieron, entiendo que para eso hay un horario, no es queja, solo considerarlo si tienes algún tema así

Nuestro fin de semana estuvo muy bien, la atención del personal del hotel fue siempre amable, con la contingencia del COVID la información que nos porporcionaron sobre algunas restricciones dentro del pueblo fueron muy valiosa, lo que nos evito sorpresas, es la segunda vez que me quedo en el hotel y es grato quedarse ahi, felicitaciones
