‘Hosts’ were super kind and inviting. Hotel is over 100 years old-decor goes with it. Hotel rooms are right off the courtyard of the restaurant, which is very loud, BUT the restaurant does close at 6 so sleeping is not a problem. Maybe morning wake up. Nice patio/terrace up top to drink your am coffee viewing the rock.

No se puede descansar, hay ruido hasta las 2 am por parte de los administradores (música y gritos) te atienden de mala gana, el estacionamiento queda muy muy lejos ( no son 100m, es como 1 km y de difícil acceso) aunque hayas pagado en la app te vuelven a hacer el cobro completo en el hotel y como era temporada alta y no había cupo en otros tuve que hacerlo, no te dan shampoo ni jabón, no tienen internet, inventan que se cayó en todo el pueblo, lo cual es mentira.

Toda la estancia fue muy buena y el señor Antonio muy amable para ayudarnos en todo, lo único que siento es como publicidad engañosa es que el desayuno incluido solo es café y pan, lo demás lo tienes que pagar aparte.

El personal es amable, la habitación muy mal por el precio es bastante desagradable. La regadera es muy pequeña para personas altas. La televisión es muy pequeña y nada visible a ala altura que la ponen, la iluminación en la habitación es muy mala y no coinciden las fotos con la realidad del hotel. Hay otros hoteles mejores.

Great Service

The owner/manager was very helpful and attentive. The service, overall was great, but they do need to update the rooms and the hotel in general. While there, they ran out of water for a full day. The manager compensated us by upgrading the continental breakfast to full menu. The location is excellent and I would definitely return.

Sumamente ruidosa la habitación asignada, tiene además un domo en el techo que entra la luz desde el amanecer, sé escucha muy fuerte los toquidos de la puerta en la madrugada cuando llegan los huéspedes tarde, la señorita de la recepción (robusta) muy poco amable ya que apenas a las 12 pm me estuvo llamando de no buena manera para desalojar la habitación, circunstancia que acate de inmediato, pero cero empatía y comprensión en 15 minutos de dilación en salir de la ruidosa habitación

Hola decidimos no quedarnos debido a el pesimo servicio y atencion, no ofrecen una buena actitid y al momento de notificar que no nos quedamos la respuesta fue "que bueno huespedes como usted no nos interedan , haber si encuentran hospedaje en fin de semana"

La comodidad del hotel por estar en el centro, vale mucho la pena. Las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas y limpias. la comida en el restaurante esta muy bien. El servicio de los administradores es excelente. invitados a regresar en futuros viajes.

Noche en Peña de Bernal.

El Hotel con muy buena ubicación. (No se ve la peña) Nos recibió el Administrador muy amable y llevo nuestro vehiculo al estacionamiento. No acepten las habitaciones que dan a la calle ( mucho ruido) y los colchones son muy viejos. Por el costo de la noche esperaba colchones más confortables. Me cobraron comisión del 4% por pagar con TC.
