Yeah, don't miss this place and don't stay anywhere else. If you are going to Bernal, this. is. it. And don't leave to go eat anywhere either. Hotel de Piedra is a fantasy location. Go there, do the climb, and then stay as long as you can!

The staff is incredible. However, rooms are not soundproof, the bed is very uncomfortable and the room service only applied to drinks. All of these things pale in comparison to the view and accessibility to Pena.

Super friendly and informative staff, room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the mountain. Restaurant was accommodating for vegans, so delicious. Hotel is attached to entrance of Bernal, so convenient. The perfect stay

El Hotel es my bonito, limpio, moderno, tiene lindos detalles, las habitaciones excelentes. El servicio es de primera. Sin duda una excelente opción para hospedarse.

Beautiful hotel!! The staff was wonderful. I need to mentioned how warm and kind Carmen was to us! She provided our family with cafe ills and Mexican pan. Also, the owner’s son was kind and offered to help translate.

Really enjoyable two night stay. Staff very attentive and the common areas were very clean. Not a place for guests with mobility issues, otherwise a oerfect spot

El hotel es increíble, tiene un vista privilegiada a la Peña y la arquitectura, los jardines y las habitaciones son una joya. El servicio es fenomenal, la tranquilidad que se respira es maravillosa y la experiencia completa inolvidable. Totalmente recomendable para relajarse, desconectarse y perderse.

Increíble hotel al pie de la peña
Inscreíble hotel al pie de la peña, con distintos espacios para relajarte. Bien ubicado, llegas caminando al centro y con una moto taxi puedes regresar si no quieres caminar de subida al regreso . El staff del hotel muy atento. El restaurante ofrece platillos mexicanos y una buena variedad de vinos a precios accesibles. El hotel tiene un acceso privado a la peña.

Beautiful hotel
The hotel is very beautiful and located right on the peña, but there isn’t much help for transportation. So I recommend to take your car or get a local taxi contact to avoid walking with your baggage

Nice boutique hotel
The hotel is a small boutique hotel very close to the monilith which was great. The service was good but no one spoke English so it was hard to order food, etc. The food was average and it would have been a great bonus to be able to get a good cup of coffee. The hotel room was nice and beautifully clean and pleasant to stay in. There is nothing close to the hotel other than the monolith. No restaurants or cafes close. Bernal is a quiet little town with little to do other than climb the rock.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location. We very much liked the hotel, its' service, staff and overall architecture and decor. The nearby restaurants, food and overall locals are great. Definitely a place to return to soon.

El hotel está muy bonito y bien ubicado. Tiene acceso directo a la peña y está cerca del centro de Bernal. Fuera de eso, la habitación en la que me hospedé deja mucho que desear (caverna). El mobiliario del cuarto no es bastante anticuado y está remodelado a medias. La higene de la colcha de la cama y el piso de la habitación no era la mejor. El baño es muy pequeño. La privacidad es mala ya que todo se escucha por todos lados. La comida del restaurante fue lo que más nos descepcionó: es muy cara y bastante mediocre. Otro problema es el estacionamiento. Desde que llegamos estaba muy lleno y había que pedir que movieran otros coches para poder estacionarnos. En general muy descepcionante. Hay hoteles del mismo precio que ofrecen mejores servicios.

No es la misma habitación que ofrece la aplicación. La habitación estaba en el estacionamiento y junto a la puerta de acceso al hotel que cierran en punto de las 12:30 y que abren a las 6am en punto. Aunado a que la puerta de dicha habitación es básicamente una tabla que permite el paso de la luz y todo el ruido. La alberca es de 3x4 metros y en general permiten todo el ruido del mundo

Es un hotel hermoso, con una vista envidiable de la peña, adicional nos tocó la habitación que tiene el mirador y es realmente hermoso. El servicio muy amable. La comida muy rica y las habitaciones hermosas y muy cómodas.

Es un hotel muy bonito. Tiene una buena vista de la peña. Está bien cuidado y limpio. Los muebles están en muy buenas condiciones. La comida está bien, aunque deberían ampliar su menú, ya que al menos en el desayuno solo cuentan con 3 opciones. Es recomendable llegar en auto. Falta mejorar la atención al cliente. Ya que en mi habitación faltaban las claves wifi. La habitación que me dieron no correspondía a la que reservé. No se me informó que estaban en remodelación y el ruido desde la mañana era algo molesto. Mi estancia estuvo bien pero si estos detalles se hubieran cubierto hubiera sido excelente.
