Attentive and friendly staff making you feel welcomed to the hotel. Walking distance to plaza de las armas and many other local eateries and shops. Room was good size and comfortable. Clean room, staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is included but very poor, only fruit, cereal, toast bread and coffee. I think they can do better on this. other than that the place is on the center of the city for you to walk all over to the plazas.

As previously mentioned, this is very well-run hotel with good amenities. My only complaint would be the lack of light in the area around the bathrooms sinks. There's lots of light for the toilet, but little for shaving, etc.

Bueno que tiene el estacionamiento, aún que tienes que pagar 200 pesos al día, pero me dijeron que se permite sacar varias veces que eso me pareció bien. La cama muy cómoda, el cuarto limpio. El desayuno es muy básico, solo pan de caja, frutas y yogurt pero me fue suficiente para no gastar tanto afuera. Y me pareció bien que tenía cafetería de autoservicio 24h. No pude aprovechar pero el hotel cuenta con el spa, que otro día con más tiempo me gustaría.
