The main problem of this property is the staff. On arrival and on departure and everything in between, the staff remained tort, antipathetic, unfriendly. On arrival, the receptionist demanded the payment while we were down loading the luggage from the motorcycle, thus making this task harder for us after a longish ride. She made no effort at all to help with the luggage. The payment first. Fine. Once done, she pointed us to the room. No suggestion about breakfast, coffee, or any other features of the hotel. When we asked where we could have breakfast near the hotel, one of the staff replied that not near here. The night was humid and a challenge to sleep without a fan or an Aircon. In the morning, I went to the little cafe upstairs of the hotel and part of the hotel to get a cup for both of us, as I passed the reception, the reception - once again- simply ignored me and I had to return to her to inquire about the coffee and she pointed me to the coffee place, as it is obvious. No Bienvenido! The coffee lady pointed to the large coffee tank, where the coffee was just finishing. I noted that there was no more, and she made no move to make more coffee. Thankfully, it was on the house. On the departure, the reception did not thank us but, while I returned the key, mumbled something, from behind her desk, about controlling something. She never came to ask if the room was ok, if she could help with the luggage, not a word. Lack of hospitality flattened our stay at this place.

La habitación y el lugar muy bonitos, con una vista a la Peña magnífica. Lindo detalle el que agregaran sillas afuera. Me gustó la temática del mismo. Està un poco retirado del Centro, pero cerca de la Peña, lo que de agradece si buscas tranquilidad. La limpieza excepcional. Tal vez sólo agregaría que entre el cuarto 10 y 9 se escucha todo, jajaja. Pero todo bien, muy amables ❤️ Sí volvería.

El lugar es muy bonito, desafortunadamente hubo huéspedes que perturbaron la estancia por fiesta excesiva, deberían poner seguridad para evitar estos incidentes que perjudican buenos lugares , ya que no nos dejaron descansar en absoluto y hubo violencia doméstica. El lugar es bueno y la atención también pero deben ser más estrictos en los horarios y modos de convivencia.

Fue solo 1 noche, fue agradable la habitación, nos quedamos sin agua pero inmediatamente lo resolvieron, solo la puerta del baño no cerraba adecuadamente, pero todo lo demás estuvo bastante bueno, cuenta con una vista espectacular.

Habitación con exactamente lo básico cama cobija y televisor pequeño , la tina decía que era para dos personas pero solo cabe 1 porque es muy pequeña. Hacía frío porque por la madera había huecos y el aire entraba , es la primera vez que me pasa que en una cabaña se meta tanto el viento . Para el costo debería estar mejor , ya que estaba muy austero como un cuarto de la mitad del precio

El pago con tarjeta de crédito no se pudo procesar por la baja señal de wifi, al igual que en las habitaciones no nos pudimos conectar a la red. La habitación es muy caliente y solo tienen ventilador de piso, no esperen aire acondicionado. En general el servicio decente.
