Enter our wonderful apartment from the private patio (where you can store your outdoor gear including skis, snowboards, jackets and boots) using our smart lock for easy anytime access which automatically locks itself once you are in for your security.
Once in you will be greeted with warm inviting gold and green themed colors of the kitchen and lounge overlooking the spectacular Lake Wakatipu and the stunning Southern Alps!
Enjoy your morning or evening tea or coffee sitting on the balcony or the chic occasional chair inside with views of the amazing lake and mountains or lounge on the sofa with your feet up watching your favourite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ or Youtube
For the chef in the group the apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen to cook up your favorite just-like-home dishes
Help yourself to our Nespresso machine with a selection of flavors and enjoy the views of the great Lake Wakatipu and Southern Alps come morning or evening sitting on the breakfast island with chic overhead lighting!
Next to the feature wall and feature lighting are stairs leading down to the master bedroom. Here you will find a large spacious King bed with comfortable mattress for you to rest after a long day out. The room comes with a wardrobe for hanging your days clothes and also a luggage rack for your convenience. The King bedroom also has its own private front garden with bean bags which overlooks Lake Wakatipu and the great Southern Alps. What a view to wake up to! Lounge on the bean bags with your favourite glass of wine under the fairy lights and heater while watching your kids enjoy playing mini golf, tic tac toe or bean bag toss in this private garden patio with spectacular views
If you follow the corridor on the other side is the second bedroom where you will find a Queen bed and a Single bed to accommodate your family or friends.
For a large group we have the right bathroom to accommodate. You will love the large walk-in shower along with a large vanity sink and a modern backlit mirror with built in demister. Not to mention the soft blue lighting for use as a nightlight!
For a group on the go with smart devices we have a unlimited, fast and stable Wi-Fi connection available throughout the apartment. Enjoy seamless browsing, streaming and posting those cheeky vacay shots on insta!
The apartment has panel heaters throughout the apartment to warm you up in the winter months. The modern glass panel heaters show you the current room temperature with easy control via remote.
And of course, for the warmer months we have portable fans for you so that you can relax in the breeze with comfort.
We have you covered for the longer stays with a washing machine, clothes dryer and a laundry tub for ease and convenience.
Help yourself to the picnic mat and Bluetooth speaker for enjoying the summer days out in your private front garden or St Omer Park right opposite the apartment along with a public use BBQ which you can see directly from the apartment so that you know when it is available for your family to use!
This newly renovated and furnished apartment not only has spectacular views but is also only a few minutes' walk from Queenstown which is extremely handy and only a few steps away from the lake across the road!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Exit with your luggage from the downstairs bedroom leading out to the garden patio, close the slider door and lift the handle up to lock
1. If you have used the clothes washer and dryer please take out all your items and empty the dryer water tank and lint filter 2. If you have used the fridge please remember to take out food items
3. If you have used the stick vaccum please empty the contents into the bin and place it on charge 4. Please keep all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher along with dishwash powder and turn it on
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
