This spot is perfect for a family, three couples or a group of friends.

PLEASE NOTE: Access to the property involves two sets of stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.



The Space

A three-bedroom home set over two levels. The living areas look out to lake and Mountain views.

The layout flows from entry into hallway with cupboards and guest toilet, then open-plan living and kitchen on main level, then laundry off kitchen, then balcony off living, then bedrooms and bathrooms located downstairs.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, two with ensuites.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms. One with a shower over bath and two bathrooms with standing showers.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV, and balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with 4-slice toaster, kettle, induction cooktop, oven, rangehood, dishwasher.

Balcony: Balcony with four-seats and a table.

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds

Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

This apartment is located off Frankton Road, making it very easy to get to downtown Queenstown or the airport.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External stairs (41 steps); internal stairs between levels

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
