The Space: This contemporary home is thoughtfully designed with open-plan living and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing panoramic views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. Bedrooms: Three comfortable bedrooms (including a master with balcony access and views, plus a family-friendly twin room). Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and double vanities. Living areas: A spacious lounge with fireplace, smart TV, and comfortable seating. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and all the essentials for dining at home. Balcony: Relax outdoors with seating and dining space overlooking the lake and mountains. The home is set over two levels with internal stairs.
