TV reception not good enough to watch any channels. Poor WiFi stopped us Streaming. Window poorly insulated against cold and noise (the latter being an issue as it's located on a main road). Curtains letting some light in. Bathroom looked clean on first glance but dirty...

"Excellent stay. The property was well maintained and in an excellent neighborhood. We walked to Ryan’s, The Mad Hatter, Nico’s, and other restaurants/pubs. The location is also within walking distances of Queen’s University and the botanical gardens. I highly recommend Belfast and the Ulsterville Residences. "

"Staying at Neil’s place was just what my sister and I needed during our holiday. There are so many thoughtful touches and the house is decorated with a lovely sense of style. Location was close to 2 separate grocery store and within a short drive to many tourist sights. There are also lots of nice restaurants nearby, but my sister and I took advantage of the beautiful kitchen and cooked most of the time."
