Der Host hat uns am Nachmittag vor dem Check in Tag das letzte Mal geschrieben und sich dann am Abend des Check in erst 3 Stunden nach vereinbarten Check in wieder geantwortet. Wir haben 3 Stunden gewartet und uns dann ein anderes Apartment gebucht. Der Host hat uns dann am Abend geantwortet und war nicht bereit, uns das Geld zurückzugeben. Durch die Website haben wir dann eine Erstattung beantragt.
