Upon arrival in Punta Cana, our driver will pick you up at the airport for a small fee and take you to the HUGE grocery store en route. There you can stock up on fresh meats, deli items, snacks, liquor & beverages.
When you get to the Villa, our Villa manager gives you a tour of the space and reads the electric meter. He is available to answer any questions or address any concerns during your stay.
If you are interested in having a Dominican chef cook delicious food, please let me know at the time of booking so we can reserve time on his schedule. Also, if you want additional cleaning, please let me know so we can discuss specifics and reserve time on the cleaning team's schedule.
THE VILLA ✧
Whether you're soaking up the sun from the deck, taking a dip in the pool, lounging on the lounge chairs on the beach, strolling with a loved one along the white sand beach, or on one of many excursions available, you will find this home to be the perfect base camp.
You'll enter the Villa through the 2nd-floor main balcony, immersed in a lush, beautiful garden. Three ceiling fans generate a constant, balmy breeze over a large, comfy, U-shaped sofa and table that seats eight people comfortably.
It's a perfect gathering spot - complete with screens and stacking 16-inch glass panels to enjoy the sea breeze, ingeniously protected from any possible rain. It's the favorite space to enjoy morning coffee or chat with friends over appetizers and cocktails.
Inside, there's an elegant granite dining table in the spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. There's also another large U-shaped sofa, a desk, and a 72" Samsonite Smart screen TV with 200+ channels. Multiple ceiling fans and large windows keep the Caribbean air gently moving throughout the home at all times.
The adjoining kitchen has high-end, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, & a breakfast bar with stools. You'll feel like you never left the conveniences of home. Also has a dishwasher, which is extraordinary for the Punta Cana area.

The TV room/5th bedroom is also on this floor with a ceiling fan and air-conditioner. Equipped with a Smart TV with over 200 channels. Watch TV from the comfortable Sofa bed that can turn into a queen-size bed with comfy mattress topper if you need a 5th bedroom. There is a full bath ensuite.
There are also TWO additional spacious master suites on the main floor with pillow-topped king-sized beds (which convert to two twins upon request). Ceiling fans and air-conditioning unit keep the room cool all day and all night. Each bedroom comes with a chest of drawers, a nightstand, ceiling fan, an air conditioner, and tons of shelves and storage space in the large closets.
And to top it off, your designer ensuite baths were crafted in an impressive full floor-to-ceiling total marble design with oversized walk-in showers.
On the second level of the Villa, you'll find the fourth bedroom, which has a cathedral ceiling, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a pillow-topped king-sized bed, a Smart TV, a chest of drawers, an ensuite bath with tub, and a small private balcony.
Also, there is the fifth bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a pillow-topped king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Smart TV, Chest of drawers.
This level is also where you'll find the rooftop deck — a favorite among our guests.
Have a drink at the custom-made mahogany bar. Soak up some sun on the chaise lounges after a swim in the pool. There's even a table that seats four if you want to have dinner or play cards here & a BBQ grill for cooking.
You'll also find the full-sized washer and dryer here in an enclosed glass closet.
Walk up the staircase above the second level, and you'll find the SKY deck, perched high above everything and everybody. You can watch parasailers in the Caribbean Sea on one side and see the tops of the mountains on the other. Features include an outdoor living room set, lounge chairs, three rocking chairs, and views that can't be beaten.
In addition to all these excellent amenities, the Villa has extraordinarily good Wi-Fi. Most Punta Cana rentals share Wi-Fi with many other apartments, which degrades the quality and speed to unusable when a few people try to jump on at once, but not here. Our BLAZING dedicated WIFI system is yours and yours alone.
✦ THE COMMUNITY ✦
The Villa is located in a luxury, beachfront community with 24-hour security. A parking space can be provided — but a car is NOT required as this community is 100% walkable.
While this is NOT an all-inclusive resort, our Villa has MORE restaurants within a short walking distance than the all-inclusive resorts that border our area. There are 20+ Excellent restaurants within an easy 10-minute walk. Evening entertainment is offered on a rotational basis at most of them.
Within our gated community, there is also a delightful Italian restaurant under the cover of a huge thatched Cana roof, and a fabulous additional restaurant named ENJOY.
In front, Villa Blanca Beach Club is adjoining our private beach. Beach Clubs have Cabanas & Lounge chairs, which are free but usually require someone to buy at least one drink per person during your stay. Sunday afternoons at 4:00 live music is provided.
2 other beach clubs are also directly in front of our community: Flamingo
and Soles. Onno's, Captain Cook, Beach Party, Jellyfish, The View, and Skydeck are just a short walk on the beach. All have excellent cuisine!
There are another 20 or more restaurants within a short 8-minute walk off the beach that offer a variety of different cuisines. In fact, some of the top-rated restaurants in Punta Cana are located here inside or right outside our community. Interestingly enough, most of these restaurants are VERY inexpensive — usually less than $20. for a platter.
You'll receive even more details on these restaurants in the hospitality booklet which I can send you as soon as you book your trip. I include nightly specials, entertainment options, and even information about hiring our cook, getting freshly-caught fish from the fish vendor, and fresh fruit from the fruit truck. All the research is done, so you don't have to make a single Google search.
There are Fitness clubs nearby which offer short-term memberships and has a full complement of exercise equipment. Ask me for directions. It’s a short walk for exercise to get there!
The Natural Center is our community spa that offers traditional Chinese medical treatments: massages, reflexology, physiotherapy, and acupuncture. All services can be done on-site or on the beach for your convenience.
For all your shopping needs, Plaza El Dorado and Plaza Turquesa are a short 5-minute walk. There you will find a whole row of great restaurants, a well-equipped grocery store that caters to vacationers, a great bakery, a pharmacy, and an ATM and money exchanges.
Plaza Turquesa is across the street from El Dorado. There you will find more excellent restaurants and a tasty gelato parlor.
And if you're planning or attending a wedding, our Villa is an ideal place to stay. Los Corales is bordered by Now Larimar, Secrets, Paradisus Bavaro, Melia Tropical and Barceló Bavaro to the immediate right. Impressive, Vista Sol, and Grand Paladium to the immediate left. All are within a 15-minute walk up the white sandy beach and 30 other all-inclusives are within a short car ride away.

Of course, staying at our Villa means you'll get to enjoy Los Corales' beach — which is the envy of Punta Cana. It's a full-service beach with beach chairs and thatched palapa (shade). There's even an option to enjoy spa-quality massages in a private cabana; we highly recommend it.
You can indulge in whatever water sport you can imagine from the private beach as well. Pirate cruises, spa cruises, sunset cruises, parasailing, water skiing, speed boats, catamarans, wind sailing, windsurfing - all available to you.

As for nightlife, you have your choice of beach parties, karaoke, Latin dancing, live music, and nightclubs to choose from. It's all here. Just ask me what you're looking for, and I'll point you in the right direction.
