Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, close to the beautiful beach. A bit far to the first supermarket. Slightly aged. Good communication with the owner. Everything you need for great vacation.

Sans doute avons nous jouรฉ de malchance et avons nous accumulรฉ les problรจmes. Mais, mรชme si la propriรฉtaire est rรฉactive, il y a une diffรฉrence entre rรฉactivitรฉ et efficacitรฉ. Nous avons eu une coupure de courant ร  cause de la pluie semble t il...L'installation รฉlectrique est-elle aux normes ? Nous avons eu une panne de gaz dans la cuisine. C'est dommage que les 2 autres bouteilles รฉtaient vides et qu'il n'y avait pas une seule bouteille remplie prรฉvue au cas oรน...C'est malheureux tout รงa mais ร  chaque fois rรฉsolu finalement. Cela, les innombrables moustiques, l'humiditรฉ rรฉgnante (peinture qui s'รฉcaille ร  plusieurs endroits dans le logement et fragments sur le carrelage), les chรขssis qui isolent du vent mais pas du bruit de la chaussรฉe qui longe la villa et le chemin d'accรจs plus qu'accidentรฉ et non entretenu (attention aux griffes de votre voiture de location) par lequel il faut accรฉdรฉ au logement, on aurait pu l'accepter. Par contre, se laver ร  l'eau froide durant une semaine c'est inacceptable. Malgrรฉ un nouveau chauffe eau placรฉ durant la semaine, l'eau reste tiรจde (moins de 30ยฐC) pour le 1er qui se douche, froide pour les autres. Rรฉsultat, on doit faire chauffer des casseroles d'eau pour donner le bain ร  des enfants (bรฉbรฉ & 3 ans). Nous, 4 adultes, nous lavons au gant de toilette. Expรฉrience franchement peu recommandable qui a complรจtement gรขchรฉ notre semaine de vacances. Bonne chance aux prochains locataires et bonnes douches!

La casa รจ strutturalmente comoda, ben disposta e pulita. La vicinanza alla spiaggia non รจ di 500 mt ma si avvicina di piรน al km, la spiaggia รจ incantevole e ideale per bambini in quanto degrada pian piano( si puรฒ accedere a 2 spiaggie limitrofe una con qualche sasso prima di entrare e un altra senza). Cโ€™รจ da fare qualche lavoro di sistemazione e forse qualche attenzione in piรน per il resto non ci sono stati problemi e consiglierei la casa per famiglie e amici con buone gambe e dotati di auto per gli spostamenti ( nel periodo in cui siamo stati non cโ€™erano supermercati raggiungibili nelle vicinanze).

Das sehr gerรคumige Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr schรถnen Umgebung und bietet alles was man fรผr einen schรถnen Urlaub in Strandnรคhe braucht. Wir wรผrden gerne wiederkommen.

Location assez loin du port Golfo Aranci (arrivรฉe en bateau) mais proche des plus belles plages du Sud-Ouest de la Sardaigne Maison spacieuse et trรจs agrรฉable pour un sรฉjour en famille et avec des amis (terrasse, barbecue, terrain de pรฉtanque, ...) Attention au passage du portail, certaines voitures peuvent toucher le bas de caisse !

Wir hatten einen sehr schรถnen Urlaub auf Sardinien. Lage und Strand super. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten, hat Carla sofort geholfen. Geschirr war etwas zu wenig und der Mรผll wurde nicht abgeholt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. LG Hans

Das Haus ist sehr groรŸ, schรถn und gut ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Bettwรคsche und die Handtรผcher wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt. In den Schlafzimmern zur StraรŸenseite, hรถrt man den StraรŸenverkehr; aber es ist ok, die Kinder haben dennoch gut geschlafen. Man kann gut zu FuรŸ zum Strand laufen, selbst unsere Kinder (3 und 6 Jahre) haben den Weg, hoch und runter, gut geschafft. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und mรถchten uns herzlich bei Carla bedanken, welche sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar war.

La maison est bien situรฉe ร  500m de la plage. Nous etions une famille de 10, elle etait tres bien. Un grand jardin qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. Les commoditรฉs se trouvent a pula 15min en voiture. Carla a รฉtรฉ disponible par message tout au long de nos vacances. Seul petit bemol le bruit de la route et de la musique du camping.

Sardinien ist toll! Sehr vielseitig, das Wasser atemberaubend tรผrkis, die Landschaft fruchtbar, alles blรผht und leuchtet bunt. Unsere Unterkunft war sauber und gut geschnitten, so dass jeder einen Rรผckzugsort hatte. Da wir das Haus vorher bei Google Maps gefunden hatten, haben wir die Lautstรคrke der vorbeifรผhrenden HauptverkehrsstraรŸe einkalkuliert. Das auf der gegenรผber liegenden Seite liegende Hotel mit lautstarker Animation bis in die tiefe Nacht hinein leider nicht. Es gab leider keine Liegen, auch die Stรผhle auf den Fotos waren nicht vorhanden, dafรผr sehr harte Holzstรผhle. Das 3. Bad war defekt. Im Waschraum wohnte eine 1m lange Schlange und Mรผckenstiche quรคlten nicht nur unsere Babys. Nur die Terrasse war gesรคubert worden, sonst รผberall zentimeterdicke Piniennadeln. Die AuรŸenaufnahmen waren wohl schon etwas รคlter. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist fast unpassierbar mit einem Mietwagen. Wir kompensierten dies mit leckeren Mahlzeiten aus der groรŸzรผgigen Kรผche und genossen die sehr bequemen Matratzen! Der Weg zum Strand war nicht weit und auf dem Schleichweg stรถrte kein Auto. Der Strand selbst war perfekt - sauber, Sand, tรผrkises Meer!

Hallo Carla, gerne mรถchten wir eine Empfehlung fรผr Deine Villa aussprechen. Die Villa im Pinienwald war ideal fรผr unsere Familie aus drei Generationen mit 7 Personen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefรผhlt. Gerade fรผr Kinder sehr ideal mit viel Auslauf. Genossen haben wir das abendliche Boulen mit einem Glรคschen Wein. Die grosse Freiterasse mit einem Grill ist ideal fรผr ein gemรผtliches Zusammensitzen. Im Grossen und Ganzen 5 Sterne fรผr Dich. Die Zufahrtsbeschreibung zur Villa sollte ggf. etwas optimiert werden. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien in der Villa! Die Anreise im Dunkeln war ein kleines Abenteuer, aber Carla war telefonisch sofort fรผr uns erreichbar und es hat alles gut geklappt. Vielen lieben Dank fรผr alles, wir kommen gern wieder!

Ein riesiges Anwesen mit einer traumhaften Villa; alles da, was man braucht, auch Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirm etc. . Die Betten sind gut und die Zimmeraufteilung auch fรผr 2 Familien perfekt. Man kann drinnen und drauรŸen frรผhstรผcken. Es gibt einen immensen gefliesten Aussenbereich, teilweise รผberdacht und auch teilweise Bereiche, die nicht รผberdacht sind, um sich zu sonnen. Eine Tischtennisplatte sowie eine Boule-Bahn rundet das groรŸe Angebot am Haus ab. Unsere Kinder ( zwischen 6 und 16 Jahren ) fanden es einfach traumhaft. Alles sehr sauber und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Es kam schon รถfters vor, dass man die Kinder auf dem groรŸen Grundstรผck suchen musste, weil es einfach so schรถn groรŸ war. Vom Haus kommt man fusslรคufig zum Strand. Der Strand ist auch traumhaft und wir konnten im Herbst an einem leeren Strand sogar FuรŸball spielen, da soviel Platz da war. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della pulizia degli ambienti interni della casa. Cucina nuova e spazio esterno gradevole con tavolo da ping pong e campo da bocce. Anche se non siamo riusciti ad incontrarla, la proprietaria si รจ dimostrata disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze.

Super sรฉjour, gentillesse et rรฉactivitรฉ de Carla. La maison est trรจs jolie, propre, bien situรฉe et grande. Les douches extรฉrieures sont gรฉniales. Le terrain est รฉnorme et le terrain de pรฉtanque trรจs apprรฉciable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. Cependant le frigo fermait mal et ne refroidissait pas trรจs bien et le congรฉlateur est un peu petit pour un si grand nombre de personnes en รฉtรฉ. Des chaises longues ร  l'extรฉrieur seraient aussi les bienvenues. Cรดte materiel de plage il y avait des parasols et mรชme des petites chaises de plage, c'รฉtait trรจs pratique. Le tri des ordures รฉtait รฉgalement un peu difficile car les explications sont un peu floues et les poubelles trop petites. A part ces quelques dรฉtails tout รฉtait top et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Grazie e a presto !
