A big downside is the paper-thin walls which meant that we could hear the noise of the neighbouring guests very clearly. "Little hard to find this hotel, but the owner was so friendly and very efficient. Staff were incredibly helpful and generous with their advice. Also, the owner introduced the torist attraction and helped us to order the tickets, which provided us a wonderful day in Jade Dragon Sonw Mountain. Very appricated! Even though she wasn’t on roster on the day we were there, she made sure that other staff were aware of what to do. When compared to other 5 star hotels (including other countries), this is the best customer service we have ever come across. Elin‘s service has made Banjan Tree Lijang stand out."
