It is a three minute walk to the ocean and 10 minutes along the ocean to get to the Romantic Zone. It is located in a small six unit tranquil building that has a quite, calm, and relaxing environment.

This was the ideal condo for us to spend time in Conchas Chinas. Very comfortable furnishings and great owner and staff. The views are amazing! The pool is super nice, clean and relaxing. The beach is only a few steps away.
