NO WIFI NO SAFE
We stayed here for 2 weeks. When I booked, I did not realize that they did not offer free WiFi or a safe. The WiFi is through an outside contractor that charges an arm and a leg. The safe, although already in the room, it comes at a cost of $3 a day. It is amazing that in 2018, any All Inclusive resort would charge for these amenities. The hotel was pleasant, but at bit old and in GREAT need for some upgrading. Worst beach/pool loungers ever! Terrible mattress and pillows. During our stay we had to go to the front desk nightly to reset our key which would stop working nightly on schedule. We were told we de-magnitized it nightly until about the 5th night when they would just reset it without any comments. The food was edible but nothing to brag about. The drinks were "well liquor" with a cash bar in the lobby with "premium" alcohol, which made no sense for an all inclusive. Do not expect many mixer for the alcohol they do have (no ginger ale). The one saving grace was the workers. Everyone in general was friendly and welcoming. We will not recommend this place to friends and will not come back until they can bring their amenities up to "All Inclusive" standards. Even free WiFi in the common areas would have been a good thing.
