Room: We arrived at the resort and were told our room was ready. Upon arriving to our room we saw that our bed was completely bare, no sheets or blankets and the room had no towels. After asking 3 times for towels and waiting an hour, someone finally brought towels. We then had to go back and ask again for sheets. The rooms are VERY outdated and I think this is purposeful. They are hoping you will purchase a vacation plan to be upgraded to a nicer room.
Staff: The staff is generally friendly and nice. However, DO NOT trust anyone with the Circle One shirts on. We had an appointment set up to meet our Expedia Expert and discuss our pick up time for our shuttle. Circle One members, specifically one named Happy and another man, led us away when we were looking for our expert, made us miss our appointment, and took us to a small cabin. We were held there for 4 1/2 HOURS where we were pushed into getting a vacation plan. Despite saying "NO" multiple times, it became clear that they would not let us leave without purchasing anything.
Food: The food selection was not great but the food was pretty good. The chicken tended to always be good.
Overall: I would not return to this resort and I would definitely not recommend it. The staff was generally nice but very pushy. They do not take no for an answer. Whether it be for activities or for their vacation packages. Furthermore, the resort is really not that nice. It is very outdated and small.
