We enjoyed the resort, all of the waiters servers and bartenders were very kind. The maid staff kept the room nice and clean. Only real issues were with the front desk. One gentleman in particular did not seem to understand that he is employed in the hospitality industry. Every single time we visited the front desk and had a question the answer was always NO. Check in, at 3pm, and he told us to wait. Wanted a reservation for one of the restaurants, told NO. Tried to make reservations a day in advance for dinner, told NO. Had to argue with this guy every time we went to the front desk. Had to force him to give us reservations for the restaurants. Told us we should have came the day before. Explained we did exactly that, and he told us NO, he couldn't help us. At check out, on time 12pm exactly, he would not let us complete because two pool towels were left in the room. I would think at the end of the stay housekeeping would collect them, but he made us go back to room and retrieve them. Other than this one jerk at the front desk, all was well. Everyone else was smiling and polite and happy to provide good service and be tipped generously. I don't know if we would return or not, all because of this one guy.

The facility is located in a beautiful area. The surroundings are clean and pretty and the staff, wonderful! However, the rooms need to be re-done since the plumbing, air conditioning and TV need replacement. One of the bedrooms we stayed (the first one, the day we arrived) smelled of mildew and it was difficult to breath.This particular bedroom was old. We asked for a new bedroom and it was better. However, the toilet flooded and we were changed again. The third bedroom had the same problem and we ended up in a fourth room. In three days, 4 bedrooms. Plumbing is a problem as well as mildew. The televisions need replacement and the bathrooms (even in the newer bedrooms) need updating! I asked to speak to the manager, but needless to say, was unavailable! I liked the food (the buffet was outstanding) and the staff was also very friendly and professional.

I overall liked this resort. The resort was nice but it was more geared towards older couples. My boyfriend and are 23 years old and we found ourselves being bored most of our trip. Their were some things to do but they lasted about 3-5 minutes. Our favorite tho, was the painting activity BUT the people at the pool didn’t tell us exactly where it was so we ended up missing a lot of it. ANOTHER HUGE issue was that we tried to make reservations at the restaurants at 11am and they were all booked which I thought was ridiculous. The beds on the beach were dirty.

bluebay resort is good places with excellent staff and beautiful pools and delicious food. Also bluebay resort is beautiful with comfortable rooms

The all inclusive property was staffed with friendly and polite members with few exceptions (i.e., the excursions guy at the desk lacks social skills). The housekeepers work tirelessly to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms. The animations staff needs to update some of their activities and include different activities for people who don’t want to do drinking contests. Be cautious of the team of team of Circle One poachers who will try to sell you a 30-year travel plan (that they say is different than a time share). They stalk you all over the grounds until you sit for their presentation.
