We enjoyed the resort, all of the waiters servers and bartenders were very kind. The maid staff kept the room nice and clean. Only real issues were with the front desk. One gentleman in particular did not seem to understand that he is employed in the hospitality industry. Every single time we visited the front desk and had a question the answer was always NO. Check in, at 3pm, and he told us to wait. Wanted a reservation for one of the restaurants, told NO. Tried to make reservations a day in advance for dinner, told NO. Had to argue with this guy every time we went to the front desk. Had to force him to give us reservations for the restaurants. Told us we should have came the day before. Explained we did exactly that, and he told us NO, he couldn't help us. At check out, on time 12pm exactly, he would not let us complete because two pool towels were left in the room. I would think at the end of the stay housekeeping would collect them, but he made us go back to room and retrieve them. Other than this one jerk at the front desk, all was well. Everyone else was smiling and polite and happy to provide good service and be tipped generously. I don't know if we would return or not, all because of this one guy.
