Top Puerto Morelos Hotel Reviews

Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Loved the set up at the resort, very traditional buildings. Is older so definitely could use some upgrades. Main pool got quite noisy in the afternoon. All the staff were fantastic, always willing to help. Loved the staff in the Buffett. Great central lobby/bar area. Lots of seating and great area for entertainment in the evenings. Would definitely stay there again."

Iberostar Selection Riviera Cancún - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"We just returned from 5 nights with my husband & 5-year-old. Pros: The resort is beautifully maintained, clean & common areas are all close by so there is not a long walk to each place. The food is mostly good, but the menus are lacking in some basic areas. I.e. - chicken fingers are not available for kids. Basic sandwiches are not available for grab-and-go lunch, etc. Housekeeping did a great job all week, but the hours of their service were not predictable. Staff were welcoming at our arrival & helpful throughout our stay. The place really is kid-friendly, with activities for kids each day/night and a separate kid pool area. Though it could be expanded upon to offer more slides, etc. Offering recycling and no single-use plastic is a great effort for the environment. Plenty of pools to choose from & the crowds were non-existent most of the time. Cons: We were in building 3 with a lookout suite. Building 3 is right by the party pool, where there are adult activities daily. This makes it impossible for an afternoon nap; assigning families to a different building may be more practical. If you are going for the beach, this is not the resort. The beach is extremely small & seaweed is still a significant problem even in October. Food menus could be expanded, as well as the room service menu. There is no breakfast on the room service menu & only 1 breakfast option & really one lunch option at the buffet. Dinner offers the only variety. Room service should be available 24/7."

Dreams Jade Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"An Amazing Stay at Dreams Jade Resort! We had an amazing experience at Dreams Jade Resort! The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service truly made our stay unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. A special thank you to Francisco at the Lobby Bar, José Rubén, Martín de la Cruz and Wilo at our romantic dinner, Javier at the Pool Bar, Jorge at the Sports Bar, and José, our waiter at Castaway. Each of you helped make our vacation extra special with your kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service. We truly appreciate all the hard work you put into making guests feel comfortable and appreciated. The friendly staff and outstanding service made this trip even more memorable. We would absolutely recommend Dreams Jade Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with wonderful hospitality. Thank you all for making our stay so special! We can’t wait to come back! 🌴🍹❤️ Five stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya – All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Our experience at this resort was truly memorable. While the property itself was beautiful, it was the incredible staff who made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated not simply as guests, but as welcomed visitors in someone’s home. From the baggage team to the welcoming front desk staff, the hospitality was outstanding. Special recognition goes to Lupita at concierge, who went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable and well taken care of. The activities team deserves tremendous recognition. Victor, Alekey, and the entire crew brought genuine enthusiasm and infectious energy each day. From zip-lining and pool activities to trampolines, movies, and glow-in-the-dark dance parties, the entertainment brought families together through laughter and shared experiences. The Kids Adventure Club was equally wonderful. Dining offered impressive variety, from the extensive buffet to beautifully themed specialty restaurants. Bull riding before a full-course steak dinner was unforgettable! Even the poolside and entertainment-area snack bars offered delicious options. The level of service throughout was exceptional. Special thanks to Diego, Ivan, and Alberto for their attentiveness and genuine hospitality. To the entire team and management, thank you. Your warmth, consistency, and dedication transformed a family vacation into lasting memories!"
